Redesigning UX for legacy DLCs posed a unique challenge: respecting the old school feel of two cult-classic titles while bringing them into a cohesive, modern framework. Each game had its own philosophy, pace, and interface quirks that required unique tailored UX solutions that didn’t erase their identity. Focused on streamlining convoluted menus, improving input handling, and aligning interaction patterns across platforms, all while navigating the constraints of decades-old code and fiercely nostalgic fan expectations.
